Anti-Corruption Policy

The ASSOCIATE agrees that during the execution of their services he or she will not offer, promise or lend, by themselves or another person, money, valuable objects or any other gift to a public servant, that may constitute a breach of the law, such as theft, fraud, bribery or influence peddling,
ALVEAR Y ASOCIADOS here on referred to as A&A and its associates state that during the term of their service’s contract promise to act with strict accordance with the following rules of conduct to prevent extortion and bribery:
The ASSOCIATE:

1. Watch over their subordinates that intervene with the administration, supervision and/or execution of the Assignments so that they meet with the commitments agreed here.

2. Act always with loyalty and maintain the confidentiality regarding the information that A&A had provided for the execution of the Assignments.

3. Perform with honesty the activities that take part on the execution of their functions.

4. Act with professional integrity looking after A&A’s, the company’s and it´s clients interests so that they may not be harmed.

5. That by themselves or through another person, including third parties, will refrain from offering, promising, lending or accepting an undue pecuniary gain for themselves, for public servants or officials from any of A&A’s clients with the purpose of obtaining or preserving a business or other improper advantage.

6. Report to the authorities known facts that may constitute an administrative and/or criminal responsibility regarding public servants or individuals.

7. Omit attitudes and the performance of acts that can damage A&A, government institutions or third parties’ reputation.
